Affiliate Program FAQ
How does the affiliate program work?
After you sign-up, you will receive a link (with an embedded ID) and ability to create a discount code. Whenever people use the link or your code to make a purchase on this website, they get 15% discount, and you get 25% commission.
The cookie in the link has a lifespan of 30 days. So should the person using your link make a purchase within 30 days of the link's first use, the commission is credited to you.
Important- this program only works if we are able to deliver to buyers where we are able to ship direct. We have warehouses in USA, Canada and Europe, and service Middle East and Asia out of Singapore.
How is the affiliate commission calculated?
Commission is based on 25% of the Net Sales Price.
Net Sales Price is the sales price AFTER any applicable discount is applied, and does NOT include shipping charges.
While the commission percentage is subject to change, we shall give you reasonable notice should there be adjustments.
Are there situations where I don't get the affiliate commission?
Rarely, in these situations:
a. if the customer purchase is refunded (either in full or in part).
b. if the customer purchase was the result of deceit or illegal actions.
How will I get my affiliate commission?
During sign-up, you will be asked to input a Paypal account email.
All commission will be paid via Paypal to your Paypal account, at the end of every month. Unfortunately we do not have any alternative to Paypal at this point.

Can I resell the products I receive as part of the Trident Circle Product Support?
Products offered under our Product Support program are meant for your own use only, in your own tanks. Please do not resell them, as it conflicts with our authorised retailer / dealer program.

Retailers have to adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policies. In short, we discourage price competition among retailers in the same area.
Authorised dealers buy products in bulk, at dealer prices, and list products at the standard price designated for that area. They must have a system to handle customer orders and fulfil/deliver orders.
