PRE-ORDERS
Regular orders that include pre-orders will be shipped when pre-ordered items are available.

MULTIPLE ORDERS
Each order is shipped separately by default, and cannot be combined once processed at the warehouse.
If you accidentally made 2 consecutive orders, we will try our best to combine them- please alert us immediately. Please note that this may not be possible as the multi-leg fulfilment sequence is automatic.

P.O. BOXES
In some countries, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to local courier restrictions.

Local shipping is available in Singapore and takes between 3 and 5 working days.

TAX
Listed price is generally tax-inclusive. However, as local regulations are subject to change, please check with your local customs office. 

Listed prices include pre-paid VAT and applicable taxes in the following countries:

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to India due to local import requirements. Basically it would be very difficult for you to get the product, even if we can technically send it. However we have partnered with NatureCube to distribute the APT range of products in India.
